Omas motorized decoilers are the result of long experience in the wire and strip industries. Now, after continuos improvement and technical research, our units have become indispensable in all industries where constant and uniform decoiling of material is required. The decoilers are of two types, with an horizontal or vertical plate carrying the coil.Constant and shock free decoiling is guaranteed by a special control system which can be hydraulic or electronic, with continuos self controlled variation to increase or decrease the decoiler operatine speed automatically, thus meeting the varying demands of any operating machine. The control system is actuated by an opposed balancing system designed to always obtain the best sensitivity from the command organ in direct contact with the material.
The OMAS range of decoilers in thus wide and diverse and gives optimum results when handling wire or strip with minimum section around 0,05 mm and maximum around 250 mm with coil capacity from 40 to 3000 kg and maximum speeds up to 125 rpm.
