FAB Plant
The FAB plant finds application in the automotive sector for the execution of the toothed rings of the flywheels with sections up to 200 square mm.
Due to the large machined sections, ring forming is a combination of servo and hydraulic actuators.
The welded ring is moved to the rotary transfer by means of an anthropomorphic robot, where the operations of annealing, joint control and removal of the welding burrs are carried out.
