ISMS Plant
The ISMS plant is an integration of technologies developed in OMAS for the production of rings obtained with low or high carbon content steel.
It is composed of a FSA machine for forming and welding rings and a working area with rotary transfer; once welded, the ring is moved between the various stations by means of SCARA and anthropomorphic robots.
The plant provides three deburring stations, the annealing of the joint, a welding control station by means of a dedicated sensor and a press for the execution of the three-dimensional shape; finally the rings are suitably unloaded by means of a palletizing robot on special shuttles.
