Rolls servo feeding
OMAS has two different models of servo-feeders: with 2/4 rolls or the version with the clamp.
Both solutions are designed and optimized for both wire and metal strip of different sections.
The new rolls servo-feeders can have a transmission composed by a gearbox and a toothed wheel kinematics, with drag pressure carried out by pneumatic cylinders.
Depending on the application, they are available in models with 2 or 4 rollers, with cantilever shaft, or shaft on two supports and with self-centering system of the shaped groove on the wire.
