BENDING + PROGRAMMING ® is the heart of our Bull Bending technology and has been developed according to the Omas philosophy following the needs expressed by our customers.
Technically, the software allows the design and management of the motion of the servo-axes in Bull Bending systems, within an extremely intuitive and easy-to-use interactive environment.

It is also important to consider how the BULL BENDING platform allows our customers to transfer skills from the machine to the technical office; thanks to our BENDING + PROGRAMMING® software, the study and optimization of the tooling is done with the highest level of precision already on the PC in the office, allowing in this phase once the machine configuration has been loaded, to study the ideal cyclogram, the geometry of the tools, avoiding any collisions and obtaining a real productivity value by calculating the cycle times of each axis within the machine cycle.
The advantages of this system are obvious: there is the opportunity to study in technical office a cyclogram and a tooling that perfectly suit the final needs, without having to stop the machine in production. OMAS technicians also have the possibility remotely to assist or carry out this analysis phase together with the customer.
