Serie ICS
The three models in the SERIE ICS are capable of producing, starting from coil, spools for welding wire of the K 300 and KS 300 type (with internal diameter reduction of 52 mm). Following the first model produced in 1998, 20 machines were constructed during the years, reaching a productivity of 400 spools/hour.
The ICS/1C-8 CNC/200 and 400 models are composed of a SERIE DUE Multislides machine, a servo transfer and a welding table with four stations. The ICS 1C/2TS SNC model integrates also a welding table of ten positions with four anthropomorphic ROBOTS, an anthropomorphic ROBOT palletizer and a quality control station using a video camera.
